Window Live Hotmail email problem

Hi - My email client is MSN Live Hotmail....recentlly, I am unable to open my emails. Can't do anything. Seems like it is frozen. I went to MSN's help pages and it seems lots of people are having this problem..some for months now!!! MSN is LAME and does not answer any questions...anyone had this problem and fixed it???? HELP!!!!!!!
