Not a good idea to post e-mail address on a public forum.

Edit: Welcome to TSG!

I've removed your e-mail address so you don't get spammed.

Does your provider require authentication to send? If so you have to check the setting in Outlook and Tbird. In outlook go to tools>account settings> click the change button for the account giving you trouble Click the servers tab in the properties window. Put a check mark in the "My server requires authentication" box.
Tbird has a similar setting but I think it's in the "Outgoing server" settings under account settings. There is a place for user name and password in there.

Also it could be possible that your username or password is incorrect. Check with your isp. If you are logging into a web mail page the user name is normally typed without the domain name.<The @example.com part>

i was having a similar problem earlier with outlook, it wouldn't let me send any emails if i put my email address in the "from:" category of a message. When i left that category blank it let me send messages again.
