It's looking like I might have to call. I can't figure out why it isn't pinging the very DSN it gives me in ipconfig /all....hmm.

Don't understand why it doesn't ping the very DSN it gives me when I run the ipconfig /all. Doesn't make sense. I may have to call Comcast from the sound of it. maybe they would know?
