Smile Solved: How Do I Run Outlook Express at Startup?
Is there a way to run Outlook Express and have the "new mail" window show on the screen when boot-up is completed?

There is an option to have OE open in your Inbox. All you would have to do is create a shortcut:

Right click Start, click Explore, in the left window find the Startup folder. Open it and right click a blank area and right clilck. Click New > Shortcut then at the prompts navigate to the C:/Program Files/Outlook Express folder then select the OE exe file and name the shortcut.

Make the shortcut to msimn.exe. That's the Outlook Express executable.
