Open With Firefox appears twice
When I right-click on .htm and .html files, Firefox appears twice under "Open With" in the context menu. I have followed the directions here to remove unwanted Open With entries: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/OpenWith.htm. (Several other URLs say the same thing.) But I still only see Firefox listed once in the registry; I can't find a way to delete the extra Open With entry. Anybody know how to do it? I am running WinXP Pro SP3.

Start>Run>regedit>OK.
Find the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\firefox.exe.
Right click the key firefox.exe in the left pane and click New>String value.
Type NoOpenWith and click OK.
Exit Registry Editor and Reboot.
The duplicate entry should be gone.
