I've been having a slow internet connection (using Safari AND Firefox) for a few months and I've reseached online and tried all the suggestions but nothing has changed. I upgraded my service (cable modem), bought a new modem/router, ran virus check, changed my MTU, even signed up for OpenDNS. Nothing seems to be helping...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Please click here to download and install the HijackThis installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything

HijackThis doesn't work on MAC systems. I am not able to use an exe file. Any other suggestions.

ps. I had made some changes that worked for one month--now I'm back to the slow connection again
