Internet Explorer 8 issues

internet explorer 8 not showing graphics with links
the website I designed in Publisher 2007, www.csntonline.com, is not showing the menu or any other graphic that is a link. It works in Firefox and IE 7 but not since I updated to IE 8...any suggestions.
