free aol mail and aim password reset can't do it!
First of all I am pretty much a newbie at this stuff so any help will be appreciated but can't be technical.
All I have been trying to dofor over a week is change my aol and aim password. I have followed all the help options, cleared everything out uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. I get to the reset options , fill in the fuzzy word thing and always get the "we do not have enough info to reset your password. Then I try to do the i forgot password deal and it tells me to enter my billing onfo but I am not paying for aol! Then my account gets locked for 24 hours! I am going insane!!! I can not contact aol unless I am a paid member! Can anyone help me?

Please see the TSG Rules, we no longer provide any help with lost passwords. Obviously, we can't determine the real intent here, so our policy is to abstain from any assistance in these matters.
