outlook exchange cannot reply
im having issues replying to emails not from my work pc when i log in (the company has an exchange server)

If you could repost that message stating exactly what the problem is (in clear and correct English) then maybe someone will take a look.

more info
when i try to reply it shuts down windows explorer. and when i log off it gives me a message:
there has been an error removing certificates from this workstation
error:0x80070005 access is denied

Did you talk to the IT department or Exchange administrator? They'll have more knowledge about the environment and installation.
