IE7 will not open in XP Home
I have a computer that will not open IE7. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall but that had no effect. I was going to run REIS but internet options does not show up in control panel.
I also did scans with Malwarebytes and a trial version of kaspersky and they found a couple of things and removed them. Computer had avg free on it but was corrupted so I used the avg removal tool from avg to remove it.

Anything else to try? My next step was going to be to try a repair install.
