I'm using Firefox Portable 3.5.2 and have the download managers Flashgot and Downloadthemall! installed. I also have Downloadhelper installed.

When I go to download avi files I don't have the option to use my download manager to get the files. When I put the avi file address into the address bar and hit enter, the "save file as" window comes up. I don't get the usual options of using running the file, using Flashgot or saving the file via Firefox. I've looked in the options/preferences for Firefox, Flashgot and Downloadthemall! and found nothing that helps (although I may have missed something).

How do I solve this problem? Thanks in advance for any help.
