Solved: Unable to log onto my gmail.com account.
I am able to surf the net and get into my yahoo account and other websites, but not my primary gmail account. Sometimes I can get in, but most of the time, lately, it just sits there, until it times out.

Any idea what's going on?

Maybe the gmail server is a bit stressed at the moment. Have you tried checking your mail by POP using an email client like Thunderbird?

You won't really be able to access you GMail account from Yahoo as they are two separate providers.

Use this link to help you gain access to your GMail account if you haven't already.

Another option may be looking into the security/privacy/proxy settings in the internet options if you use the internet explorer to browse the web

Hi,
It's possible to get your Yahoo mail automatically forwarded to Gmail - I do that so that I only need to check Gmail. Is that what you'd like to try? If so I'll try to dig out a link to a guide.

No, I'm trying to go the other direction - Gmail to Yahoo. I want to do this, because I am having trouble actually logging onto Gmail. I have been able to check other email accounts at Yahoo, in the past, but that was another account, with my previous ISP, and not Gmail.

In your Gmail account (when you can log in!) go to 'Forwarding POP and IMAP' having clicked on the 'Settings' tab (top right) you should then be able to set up forwarding from Gmail to Yahoo.
