Angry Outlook connectivity problem
I have a Dell Latitude XT Tablet running Windows 7 Enterprise and Office Enterprse 2007.

I am having trouble with Outlook 2007 remaining connected to our Exchange server. I have updated all of my network card drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled Office but still have trouble.

Generally, it appears the the initial loss of connection happens when my table switches from Wireless to Wired network. Once I loose my connection to Exchange, I am off for a varrying amount of time. It can be 10 minutes and then it connects or it can be hours.

Sometimes, closing Outlook and opening it again will reconnect me. Sometimes rebooting helps. Sometimes, nothing helps.

In the mean time, I can connect via Outlook Web with no trouble and I also have access to Internet and all other network resources.

My IT guy is recommending a full wipe and reinstall for my tablet but I can't really afford the down time.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
