Unhappy make yahoo default mail
i want to change my mail program. i thought to go to internet options but it only gives outlook or windows live options and won't let me " put in" yahoo. I have winxp. I use ff and ie7 (i believe?) the reason i want yahoo as the default is so when i click on a link to send email it always opens windows live so then i have to copy the address i'm sending to and then go to my yahoo mail to compose and send. thank-you

I am not sure I understand your reasoning for doing so
but this might help you make Yahoo! your default:

Go down the page and read about the program YAttach!
Works in XP or Vista.

Hi Robles1, Welcome.

FIREFOX 3.5.5: Default e-mail.

>> Open FF. Tools. Options.
>> Choose Application Tab. Scroll down and look for Mailto: Use Yahoo Mail
>> Choose Advance Tab. System Defaults > Tick Always check to see if FF is the default browser on startup.
>> Now click Check Now and so on.
>> Click OK to close the window and start testing your mail.

Please let us know the result. Cheers!
