Is the computer frozen or your just unable to boot your computer normally.

Have you tried shutting the computer down then turning it back on. When the computer boots does it give you a list of options such as 'safe mode' 'safe mode w/ networking'

lock in safe mode
i have shut down and restart computer is not frozen. it boots up and i can sign in w/ password butit in safe mode. i can only get internet and wireless connectionin safe mode w/networking only.can you help me. thank for reply i need some help i am new with using computers so i need all the help i can get thank again
