Hello guys I'm having this problem that sometimes whenever I try to watch videos on my browsers it will not play immediately but instead waits till the whole thing gets buffered all the way to the end, at the same time when this happens whenever I try to download files it wont also start. While this anomalies are happening nothing else seems to be wrong. I can browse, torrents are working fine, I can even play online games.

The solution I've managed to do for now is to restart my computer since logging off and back on again doesn't do anything but I think restarting 3 to 5 times a day is not a healthy thing to do for my computer.

I am running on windows 7 ultimate and I use opera browser but I also tried using firefox and chrome but it's still the same.

I hope you guys can help me! And I don't want to believe that a clean install of my OS is going to be the only solution.
