Who is your email provider? Are you using an included account through an ISP like Charter or is it a Yahoo! or GMail or some other web-based service?

Try Account Type: HTTP and HTTP Service Provider: MSN. It should auto-fill the server URL field. Pop in your name, email addy, username and password and try testing the connection.
