Solved: Lost password

Is there away to recover a lost email password, i am using Webmail, small email program and i can t seem to remember the password.

Most sites offer password recovery by contacting them and answering
the "secret question" that was done during setup of the account.

yes i know but this a little different, i didnt set up the account and its a genertic one

I guess i will have to bite the bullet and set up another one with gmail etc
