Outlook Express 6 problem
With numberous messages in my e-mail INBOX is it possible to delete a block/s of messages by carrying out one or more operations, for instance by say highlighting a block of 10 messages then pressing DELETE and removing that block of messages, because at this present moment in time all I can do to delete messages is highlight one message at a time and delete it

Click on the first message while holding the "Shift" key. Then, go to the last message you want to delete and click on it while holding the "Shift" key again. All the selected messages will be highlighted and ready to delete.

Happy deleting!

Also, if you have a large block of messages with one in the middle you wish to keep, select them all using Phantom's instruction, then hold down the Ctrl key and click the one you want to keep to de-select it while leaving all others selected. Then delete away.

You can also Save any Emails ..
By Creating a "New Folder" on your desktop ...

Then Drag n Drop selected Emails to the New Folder.
This will make a copy and NOT delete the original in OE.
OE6 will be able to read these Emails in the New Folder.

You can also Drag them back to OE to restore them.
