Question incredimail help
incredimail keeps telling me i have 198 letters than cannot be downloaded?? how do i just delete all of the letters and start with a clear slate. how do i clear our hotmail ?:?

What email are you using that has the 198 emails? Is it email from an ISP (live Verizon, comcast, earthlink, etc) or is it a free account (like gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc)?

Visit your webmail page at Hotmail, see what's clogging it up. It may be 1 large file.

Also, Incredimail is not the most robust software, try Outlook Express to see if you can clear the mail.
