I am not a mail server delivery guru - but I know that dns / reverse dns records must match SMTP server info dns info.
Some mail servers look for a banner to be configured properly.
I do not know how to properly set up the banner - but that will not stop all mail flow - only a small percentage - so your main problem is your dns records.
If you have access to your E-Mail server and it is an Exchange server 2007 -
I have read that the banner must be configured by the Exchange Management Shell (not console) - I cannot find that reference at this time - Perhaps I am wrong.
One of the links below tells you how to configure your banner - via Exchange Management Console if using Exchange 2003. If using other than Exchange
I do not have any information on how to configure anything.
You may can do this if you have access to your dns records in your registrars web interface, but if your E-Mail server is in your location - connected to your Internet Service Provider - you will need to have them (your ISP) to change your dns records - to match your legalpundits domain.
