Unhappy Windows 7 and Outlook WAB DLL missing
I have loaded my MS Office into my new computer and everything works except Outlook. I can receive e-mails, but I cannot add to the Contacts or Send e-mails. All I get is WAB DLL is missing. Is there a way to fix this or am I stuck?. Thanks

What version of MS office did you install?
Also could you provide the full error message.

Missing WAB DLL
Thank you for your response. The version of Outlook is Outlook 2000, which came with MS Office 2000.

The error message is "An error occurred while attempting to open Windows Address Book. Unable to find the WAB DLL"

Hope this helps.

Thanks once more

MS Office 2000 probably is incompatible with Windows 7.

You are welcome.
Windows 7 includes a feature called Windows XP mode - you may wish to check that out if you really would like to keep running office 2000
