Cannot Restore Outlook Express
I'm trying to restore Outlook Express for a friend, and it's not working. I have all the DBX files backed up. I run through the Outlook Express Import Messages option as described by Microsoft. All the folder names are created, but everything is empty. No messages. I tried manually copying the files to the new computer in the Identities folder, and that didn't work either. I've done this before, but it's been a while. Any ideas?
