Need to setup IMAP MSN(hotmail) account

I need to figure out how to setup an IMAP email account for an MSN address. Id like to have my folders come through.

Im trying to use thunderbird.

Hotmail does not support IMAP, and the only email clients that work with Hotmail POP are Microsoft's (OE, Outlook, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail).

However, it looks like you can do what you want by using a gmail workaround as described in this TechBlissOnline article.
