Im having difficulties loading a web page, but the site is fine because my friend can load it from his pc, i cleared the dns cache and erased my cookies but it still says the connection was reset every time i try visit the site.... can some one please help me

If you are using IE as your browser try this:

Open IE
Tools tab > Internet Options > Advanced tab
click on the "Reset" button.
Restart IE.
