Question Internet Explorer cannot display the web page
I am able to access some internet sites. However, for others, I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page". For some links, even for search pages, it takes a long time before the same message finally comes up. I tried to use the Internet Explorer fix option. The response is that some phishing took place but it was still not able to connect. I have spent countless hours and days trying to make this work. I am trying to access a log-on page related to my job. Help me please!

Computer: Toshiba Satellite L305D - S5881
Windows Vista

Your IP is blacklisted by several sites. Even though that supposedly only counts for email, sometimes a site will block any access from a blacklisted IP.

That page to which I linked as a "Click here for some suggestions" link; I suggest that you read those suggestions. Also, some of the blacklisting services have a "Details" link, which will give often give some info on how to get off their list.

What has probably happened is that some other client of your ISP has been caught spamming and a block of IPs has been blacklisted. You may need your ISPs help to get their IP(s) off the lists.
