Are you always sending an attachment? With what extension? Have you tried sending w/o an extension? And with a "tame" extension such as .txt?

windows email error message
Hi Terry, First of all I would like to thank you for responding to my problem; To answer your question is no I don't always send an attachment, or extension; I never seen this error message before; It all started when I tried to send my mother a video I downloaded off of Facebook; She emailed me back saying she's not on Facebook and was unable to open the attachment (video); So I tried to resend, and now I get this error message. In fact, I get it everytime I try to email period; It don't matter if I'm sending an attachment, or not; I even get it when I go to open windows live, so now I using my MSN account to email.I did a system restore, and that couldn't fix it. Any help you can give me would be so appreciated.

Underlining is for emphasis of particular words or phrases. Underlining an entire post just makes it difficult to read, and I promise I will not read another one.

I've never used Windows Mail and don't know how it works, but would guess that it preserves some of OE's problems. I'm guessing that the message with the video attachment may be still in your "outbox" and gets sent again every time you launch the program or send anything. If Windows Mail has an Outbox, check to see what's in it.

Sorry about the underlining; I hit it by mistake, and just never changed it back. Anyway, yes the original message, and video attachment are still in my outbox.

I thought it was obvious. Delete the offending message from Outbox.
