In my Windows Live Mail 2011 (Build 15.4.3502.0922) Blocked sender list has strange behavior. It blocks most from it's list but one sender it doesn't block, although there is full email address of that sender in the list, as well - sender's domain.
I don't want to unsubscribe, because my wife subscribed to it from her computer with the same email account. I want to block it only on my computer.

Before upgrading to current version those messages where blocked, so it seems to me bug in the current version.
