I recently installed Outlook 2007 onto a new Asus laptop (Window 7). I had a hard time setting up my hotmail account so I installed Outlook connector. I could send, but could not receive any emails so I uninstalled/installed several times. Finally it did download emails last night but it is now messed up again after I import my calendar and contacts.
This is the error message:

I gave up.
Got Gmail account, it was easily set up in Outlook. Gmail also forwarded all hotmail into outlook.
So problem solved.
