Freezing On Shutdown - Leads to Blue Screen Popup
Hi,

I'm having a problem when my computer shuts down. It seems to just freeze on the "Shutting Down..." screen. After manually shutting down I get this as a popup when I log in again:

I've run a blend Prime95 for 24+ hours, and I've run a Memtest86+ for around the same. Neither have detected any problems which is why this is driving me crazy. I've attached the dumps.

If there is any more information that you need from me, please let me know.
