Hi everyone. I see there are quite a few threads on this topic but none have helped me. I'm having problems with displaying Japanese fonts in Windows explorer, Foobar2000 and uTorrent (so NOT within a browser) but the strange thing is that it's intermittent. If I restart a few times, change system locale to a different region and then back or create a new user profile, Japanese fonts will display fine for a while. A few restarts later, I'll have boxes again.

I'd really like to avoid reinstalling windows.

Hopefully that sysinfo utility put my specs in my sig or something but if not:
i5-2500k
8GB RAM
ASRock extreme4 gen3
MSE - up-to-date
Plenty of hard drive space free on all drives (Windows is on an SSD while everything else is elsewhere)
