I did find that I had 1 bad stick and I did remove 2 of them so I am now running with 8 gigs of ram until I have the bad stick replaced. I have also tried to run with only 1 video card. I still did get the bsod. I am planning to send my processor back for a new one since I think it may be the cause of my issue as a last ditch effort. My pc crashed during the windows index rating. I have cleaned the registry, dusted all hardware, ran with 4 cores, 5 cores, 6 cores, did a full system restore, installed latest drivers for everything, etc. Still get the bsod. It hurts since the build I gave to my wife is pretty much my old pc before I upgraded it and hers runs just fine and my new beast crashes daily and oh yes she rubs it in daily lol. Crossing fingers hoping it is my cpu. |
