trouble with printer to my laptop
I have a toshiba lap top it has windows 7 on it I also have a HP deskjet printer f2100 series I can not get it to print because it says that the printer does not support the windows 7 how can I get this to working?

not listed in the compatibility site

can only find 2 on HP US website
HP Deskjet F2180 All-in-One Printer
HP Deskjet F2187 All-in-One Printer
they both have full windows 7 software

Have you tried to install the drivers - HP printer often do not like being connected until the driver is installed and the driver asks you to connect the printer

do you have the exact model ?
Please let us know what the final solution was to any problem posted

According to the HP/Compaq support site, the HP Deskjet F2100 series printer has 5 models:


All 5 have the full feature software driver package 13.1.0 for Windows 7(32-bit and 64-bit).

Answer the question in post #2.

If you don't know sure what the correct model number is, advise what the product number(P/N) on the sticker is.
