 Citibank Virtual Account Numbers Problem VAN download version has been failing for a long time (more than a year). An update to flash player changed the problem several months ago from hanging with a small blue box to hanging with a small blue box with a "loading" message. Suspect the problem may be due to a flash player deficiency for 64 bit PCs running Windows 7. VAN download works correctly on a 32 bit PC running Windows 7 (my laptop). This same kind of problem was reported elsewhere 4 years ago and was resolved as "missing a number of key files/settings". see

Web version using Firefox works. IE version fails the same way as the download version. |
