Windows Update 800B0100 Error Code
I am trying to install the "Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2718704)," however, whenever I try to install it, I get the 800B0100 Error Code. I have tried using Windows Update to do it automatically, and I have also tried to manually install it by downloading it from the Microsoft website; neither method has worked! Please help!

Also, this the TSG SysInfo log:

Hello,
My name is Krishna and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Try running the automatic troubleshooter from the below link and see if it helps. http://support.microsoft.com/mats/windows_update/

Is the cryptographic service enabled?.Type services.msc into the run box and scroll down to see they should be started and set to automatic.

Yes, it is. If this information is going to help, the status is "STARTED," the startup type is "AUTOMATIC," and it logs on as a "network service."
