-Missing OS-
I am using an Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop running BIOS version 2.6.3 and I accidentally reset the bios to the setup defaults. Now whenever I boot up the computer, It states that I have a missing operating system. How do I configure it to load my OS?

resetting bios to setup defaults should have nothing to do with detecting OS. I suggest you insert your Windows DVD and do a Startup Repair.
