I can't download Mozilla firefox??????
Please help me....I am trying to download mozilla firefox to use instead of explorer....it keeps telling me to check my proxy settings or my internet....my internet is running fine.....how do I get this freeware on my computer? What is required to download? Please help me! Thank You ==Kyla

Right click and run as admin for these tools.

Please download FarbarServiceScanner and run it on the computer with the issue.


Make sure the following options are checked:
Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center/Action Center
Windows Update

Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:


Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)



Click Go and Attach the result.

I tried the minitoolbox thing and it was doing something, now I had an error pop up saying line 5838 error?? Variable used without being declared?

It stated something about c:/temporary internet files/minitoolbox.exe?

Any suggestions on what could be wrong and how to fix this problem? Ive tried minitoolbox again and its not working on my sytem?

Uninstall your current Antivirus and install avast.,

See how that goes and if it does not work then try in safe mode with networking
