We Need to Diagnose Your BlueScreen
  1. When you boot your machine, press F8 to list the startup options, exactly as you would if you were trying to enter Safe Mode
  2. Select "Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure", as shown here:
  3. When your system BSODs, write down the STOP error code, as well as any written out error message back here. The STOP error will always appear, but the message may not. You are looking for this:
Please post me the error(s).

It isn't going to BSOD, it is simply "not repsonding" I have the circle of death now.and a white haze over desktop. Considering a complete restore as athe quickest solution. then everything goes black.

If you can't boot to Windows, a restore will probably be your best option.

Do you have a Recovery Disk or Recovery Partition?

what I am getting is a bunch of messages with a big red X, they list some programs I have and say Application error the application was unable to start correctly (0x000012d)Click OK to close the application. I got these for; soffice.bin

Then another message about Bad Image:
memeoDashboard
Fences.exe

Application error explorer.exe
the instruction at 0xff7787ba referenced memory at 0x0000050. the memory couold not be read.

Bad Image

then I get a blue screen, but it is so fast I can't get allhe info you need, a lot of zeros, it says system requirement "something"

on a last note, the monster in is my explorer program. my comp is constantly "not responding" any program that needs explorer takes minutes to open, if it does at all. I mean ANY program, the worst offender is media player

What's the make and model?

I'm hoping you have a Recovery Partition on your harddrive that we can access.

Now I'm getting nothing, it dims and says it is loading windows but never does, when I go into safe mode it says it can't restore in safe mode, I seem to be in a loop. If I'm out of safe moide the error says to restart to continue, but it never loads just the black page with large white lettering saying loading Windows Service, with a white light bar underneath, it is very dim,l. barely visible ona black screen.

Go to your BIOS and configure the boot setting to CD/DVD drive as your primary or #1 drive.

You should be able to do that by pressing F2 or F12 as the computer is booting up.

Shooter, I want to thank you profusely. I was able to do a restore on my system, and am currently reinstalling all my software programs, being careful to scan and evaluating. Thank you again.
