Solved: bad pool caller error help please (windows 7) !!!
guys I was watching a movie 2 seperate times using media player classic and I got the blue screen crash my laptop is still new I got it before 2 weeks help me with this
the DMP files are uploaded to my sky drive account the are the only 2 files you can find
sorry for my grammar but please help me identify the error

cause by norton -- uninstall and reinstall it

follow this link to unintall and re install norton.

make sure you are not connected to internet when you uninstall the norton security from your computer...steps are included in above link.... all the best!
