Solved: nothing downloads
i have a hp mini 210-2100 running windows 7 starter and nothing will download. when i click on download the internet shuts down. also, the scroll bar on the right is gone for some reason.

What browser are you using? Try going to start - run, type in cmd and type "sfc /scannow"

it uses internet explorer. and when i tried to do that sfc thing, it said only an administator can run that

Right click on the command prompt, choose Run as admin, then type in 'sfc /scannow'.

thanks, when it finished scanning and fixing the corrupt files, the problem was solved
