Solved: Microsoft based email security freeze I'm really hoping someone can help me, I have Windows 7 OS on a Toshiba SatelliteA665, whenever I try to create a new email or reply to one in my outlook or hotmail accounts (this only happens in these 2 email programs) I get a message pop up and my computer freezes. The message is an Internet Explorer Security window, at the top in a yellow bar it says "A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer". Below the yellow bar it says "This program will open outside of Protected mode. Internet Explorer's Protected mode helps protect your computer. If you do not trust this website, do not open this program". Below that it lists the "Name : Silverlight.Configuration.exe" and "Publisher : Microsoft Corporation", and then the "Allow" and "Don't Allow" boxes. What is this? and why is it making my computer freeze up? Please help |
