Question Solved: BOOTMGR missing..crtl+alt+delete to restart.
Well; i went out, got windows 7 today, and after an hour of installing, its still at 0%, so im like whats the deal here. i restart it since people said it only takes about 30 min total, but after "Verifing DMI pool data..." an error comes up "bootmgr missing, crtl+alt+delete to restart." Now, i cant even get to the cd screen, since it wants me to restart.

Any input tressured.

Me too! I'm wondering if you ran the Windows 7 setup from within Windows, whether you are doing an upgrade or custom install, what was on your hard drive when you started, etc., etc. Also wondering whether the Windows 7 is OEM or retail, full or upgrade.

If you are now trying to boot from the DVD it sounds like the DVD is bad. From where did you get it?
