Question Sound Card
I was just wondering why when I installed the sound card driver for my onboard soundcard, when I try to go to expert mode on the control panel for this item, it crashes the driver every time. I am using windows 7 and i have an ASUS M4A78T-E model motherboard, and this is the sound card I am having problems with....

Also, when I adjust the volume, there is a static sound. I have boston acoustic surround sound speakers running on this system. The model number of the speakers is: BA7900. I just didn't know if these two issues were related, or what was going wrong, everything works, it's just annoying when I adjust the volume, to hear that static.

Do I have a bad driver?
Do I have a bad onboard sound card?

Thanks in advance!
