Good Morning,
One question, after doing an upgrade from
Windows vista to windows 7 can I delete the
C:\Windows.old folder?

You can, its your choice, but then you may not be able to revert back to Vista very easily if you need/want to. Also there may be data you want/need in there from your old Vista installation.
