files order in a folder in windows 7
how can I put files in the order that I want ( not related to sort by name, size , date ....ext)

If I have files name 1, 2, 3 , in XP and vista I can put then in the order 2 3 1 by just draging them in the order that I want. But in windows 7 (or in my computer now), when I move file 1 to be the last one, it moves back to its original location

Is there program to do this?

In XP just right click on while area of the opened folder and uncheck or check auto arrange.

In XP you can even make a apace between files folders but I don't need that I just want to put my files and folders in the order that I want.

Can I put my files and folders in the order (file then folder then file)?
