64 bit
Now my system is 32 bit.how do I get 64-bit system. Is that in the size of the CPU?

You will need to do a clean install of the 64 bit version.If you want to keep your 32 bit then you can dual boot 64 bit on another partition and later delete the 32 bit.

so the 32 bit to 64 bit has nothing to do with your cpu or motherboard only OS that right?

yes,not related.It is the version of Windows 7 that is installed on your system.
I purchased Windows Home Premium and it came with two disks,one the 32 bit version and the other was the 64 bit version.

well thank you I was told that my system was 32 bit so I had to download 32 bit version. Now do I need to reload 7 and when asked do I want 64 bit I check that window. I have w-7 pro.

If your cpu isn't a 64bit processor, a 64 bit version of windows 7 is more than useless. You need a dual core or quad core processor to use 64bit.
