Win Explorer - can I stop it separating file & folders?
When I sort a folder in reverse date order I want to see the most recent files and folders on top instead of scrolling through all the files to see the folders. Is that possible?

press F10 or ALT to show the Menu bar, click View | Group by, then either Date Modified, or Date Created. That will group the files and folders together by date ranges: today, earlier this week, last week, and older.

Files and folders will still be grouped together in each range though.

Thanks.

I'm familiar with the grouping feature and it isn't good enough.

It looks like I'll have to install another file manager.
