Portable app can't create ini file
I installed IZArc2Go in the program files folder. When I exit the program I get this error message:

Application Error
Cannot create settings.ini. Access is denied.

It does not happen when run as admin. But when I set the exe to always run as admin then I get a UAC message every time I run it.

I created a Portable Apps folder on the root level and copied the IZarc folder there. It does not have a problem when run from there.

I have another portable app that runs from Program Files and saves settings and it does not have any issues. I would like to understand why one app is ok and the other has issues.
