Unusual Nvidia driver error, HELP!
Note:This happens only when Windows Areo is enabled and any Nvidia drivers for 9800 GTX is installed. I've tested the card, the motherboard, the PCI-E port, the monitor, cables and adapters, all work flawlessly until the Nvidia drivers are installed, then the card displays the following when in Windows Areo theme.

Build:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Foxconn M6IPMP-K
AMD Phenom II 925 2.8Ghz
4G G.Skill DDR3 1333Mhz
Gigabyte Geforce 9800 GTX
250G Seagate main
500G WD backup
BFG 550W PSU(supplies enough power for everything on board including the vid card)

Looks like bad hardware on the 3D side of the card.
That part is not activated until drivers are loaded.
Try a 3D game and you will probably see the same problem.
If it is under warranty, you may want to send it in for replacement.

You know what... I've had the same. With 3 different 9800gt's on 3 different systems, all the same! It's just a HORRIBLE graphics card! Send it back if you can and get something else instead.
