Windows 7 compatible with ipod classic 20gb
code 43 I have recently purchased a new laptop with window 7 and when i plug my I pod classic 20gb to the computer i get a message saying my device has malfunctioned. The error code is 43. Is the I pod classic compatible with windows 7? and how can i resolve the problem.

"error -43 fnfErr: File not found"

This could be an issue with iTunes (uninstalling, redownloading, and reinstalling iTunes) or your iPod (backup and restore the iPod software). From everything I have researched, your iPod should be compatible.
